ALLEYCVT’s 9 LIVES explores themes of vulnerability, resilience, and self-discovery through five energetic tracks.

Dubstep maven ALLEYCVT has been on quite the come-up throughout 2025. From appearances at EDC and Lollapalooza to throwing her first curated event, the multifaceted artist has made her mark on the bass community.

Continuing to add to her list of accomplishments, ALLEYCVT has released her first EP, 9 LIVES. Announced at the end of her main stage debut at Lost Lands, the body of work marks a new milestone in the producer’s career.

The EP boasts five fresh tunes adding to ALLEYCVT’s ever-growing catalog. Drawing inspiration from her moniker and life experiences, 9 LIVES serves as a representation of the many “lives” she has lived, tapping into her sense of self.

Starting off strong, “SO DAMN GOOD,” the lead single from the EP, has served as a staple in ALLEYCVT’s live performances. The high-energy, uplifting track exudes feel-good vibes with three distinct drops. It leads with heavy-hitting bass that gives way to a more euphoric finale.

“ALIVE” offers us the first genuine taste of ALLEYCVT’s bright vocals, blending seamlessly into the power-packed “OTHER SIDE.” The thunderous bass of the latter track perfectly contrasts with its lighter vocal melody. Boasting the heaviest drops of the project, “OTHER SIDE” is primed for an explosive performance moment.

The EP’s final track revolves around themes of love and the discovery that someone plays an important role in your life. Closing out 9 LIVES, “FALL INTO YOU” sees ALLEYCVT opening her heart to a new love as she sings, “So I let down my walls, surrender what I knew / I throw my hands up and fall right into you.” Complete with shimmering synths and bass growls, the intimate song is a perfect conclusion, showcasing her transformation throughout her “lives” as she embraces vulnerability.

With 9 LIVES, I finally feel like it gives a taste of everything I’m into musically and has allowed me to develop my production and sound even more, I’m extremely proud of this project and I feel like there’s something for everyone on this EP!
